When your paid subscription period ends, vord locks. You can no longer open the cockpit or start sessions.

Your projects, conversations, and transcripts stay on your Mac. To continue in vord, renew your subscription and sign in again.

What will vord cost?
We haven't set prices yet. We would rather publish a number we can stand behind than a placeholder we have to correct. The waitlist hears it first.
Is there a free version?
No. vord is a paid app. There is no free tier and no demo build.
What happens if my subscription ends?
vord locks when your paid subscription period ends. Your projects, conversations, and transcripts stay on your Mac. Renew your subscription and sign in again to continue.
Which features are the connected ones?
Reaching a running session on a remote host, the iPhone companion, and session sharing, which is in beta. They travel over an end-to-end encrypted relay that carries terminal streams only, never your files.
Can I get the iPhone app today?
Not from the App Store. The iPhone companion is on TestFlight and invite-only while we build it out.
What do I need to run vord?
macOS 15 or newer, on Apple Silicon or Intel. The app is Developer-ID signed and notarized by Apple, and it speaks English, German, French and Spanish.
